We are sorry for that. We rely on users to mark their videos, if they
don't
do it - that's the violation of our Terms of Use and these users are
punished. In general, we track categories on particular videos and
things
like that as fast as we can and react ASAP. Additionally, there is such
an option - 'flag a video'. Once anyone has marked a video we get a
notification and take measures sooner.
I forwarded the information about this particular case and we'll have
it fixed ASAP.
